Quick & Easy: Spicy Chicken Wings!

Probably one of the easiest recipes we’ll ever have on here and also a favourite! It’s simple, tasty and we like to believe it’s healthy too! You can’t ever go wrong with chicken wings or sweet potatoes so let’s get started.

Ingredients for 2:
– 10 Chicken wings (or more if you’re cheeky)
– 2 medium sized sweet potatoes
– Chicken flavoured salt
– Frank’s RedHot Original sauce
– Oil
– Salt
– Garlic (optional)

For this craving of yours prepare all equipment and wash ingredients if needed! Preheat your oven to 180 and line your tray.

Cut the sweet potatoes into the size you want for your chips (you can peel them if you don’t want the skin) we feel that skin adds more flavour…. we went for the rustic long cut.

Toss the sweet potatoes into some oil and add some salt. Place onto baking tray which you have previously lined with baking paper and cover the chicken with some foil! It’s ready to pop into the oven now ๐Ÿ™‚

After the first 15 minutes, remove the foil to let them golden and crisp up nicely! Give your potatoes a little bit of a stir too.

Once everything is nicely golden and crispy take it out the oven and pour your hot sauce onto the wings.ย The sweet potatoes with the delicious hint of garlic are also ready to serve. All you’ve got to do now is enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚

There you have it, some delicious homemade spicy chicken wings, with a beautiful crispy skin and perfectly cooked sweet potatoes! This is Nathalie’s favourite and we’re sure it will soon be yours. Hope you’ve enjoyed this and let us know if you give it a try ๐Ÿ™‚
